Register With The Practice?

We accept patients who reside within our practice boundary (from Minster Road traffic lights and St Nicholas at Wade to the West, including Acol within the CT7 area). You may register at the practice at any time between 8.00am until 6.00pm but it would be wise to avoid our very busy periods from 8.00 until 10.30am if at all possible. Registering is easy. If you have a medical card please bring it with you. If not, you will be asked to fill in a form for us to send off for your NHS number and details.

Please note that patients are registered with the practice and not with a particular doctor. You will however be offered a "named" doctor who will look after you.
