Register With The Practice?

We accept patients who reside within our practice boundary (from Minster Road traffic lights and St Nicholas at Wade to the West, including Acol within the CT7 area). Registering is easy. You will be given a registration pake to take home and an appointment to return with the necessary documentation: two forms of ID (eg passport/birth certificate) and two proofs of residency (eg utility/council tax bill). If you live at home with your parents a bank statement showing your address will suffice.
