We run a full appointment system. The surgery is open from 8.00am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Emergencies should attend the out of hours service.

Out Of Hours

This practice does not offer an out-of-hours service. This facility is the responsibility of the local Primary Care Trust. If you become unwell between the hours of 6.30pm through until 8.00am or over the weekend you may either ring the normal surgery number and you will be put through to the out-of-hours service. You will be asked some questions to find out what help you need. Stourcare will provide URGENT medical treatment that cannot wait until the GP surgery opens again.

Acute Emergencies

If you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain or severe bleeding call an ambulance (telephone 999) before calling the surgery.
